Each piece is carefully created as an individual piece, therefore slight variations in color, form, and size should be expected. These variations are a natural part of the creating process and give desired uniqueness to each piece. If you would like to place an order of any piece or pieces seen on this site, please contact me either by phone or e-mail with the following information.

- Shipping Address
- Phone Number
- Credit Card number, either VISA or MASTERCARD, expiration date, full name appearing on card
- Name and detail of each piece(s) you would like to order, including:
Item number, size, glaze color, and number of pieces
custom orders 
If you would like to place a custom order of a piece(s) you do not see on this site, please contact me and I would happy to create an order made to fit your specifications. Please know that I will do my best to create what you specify. Because every piece is unique and handmade, there are elements of the creating and firing process where slight variations in color and form can be expected.
delivery time
If the desired piece is available in my studio at the time of placing your order, I will ship it to you within ten days of receiving the order. For all other pieces, a delivery time of 4-8 weeks can be anticipated once you have placed your order. An e-mail will be sent to you confirming your order, an estimated delivery time, and shipping costs. Please feel free to contact me for a lead time before placing and order if you are concerned with time. I’m more than happy to verbally detail what is currently available for purchase.
shipping
All orders will be shipped via USPS ground service, unless otherwise specified. Additional charges will be applied for 2-day delivery. Please add 7% to total order for packaging costs. In my confirmation e-mail, I will include the total shipping costs.
return policy
If you are not satisfied with your piece(s) and would like to either return or exchange them, I would be happy to do so for you. Please contact me within 10 DAYS of the date USPS notifies me of it’s delivery to you. After that date, all sales are final. If you do decide to return or exchange any piece, it is your responsibility to cover costs of shipping and insurance. For any damage occurring to piece(s) during shipping, please notify me within 5 BUSINESS DAYS of receipt. I cannot replace or exchange any damaged or broken pieces AFTER it is in your hands.

Colorado residents must add 6.9% to all orders.
care for your pottery
All ceramic ware is food-safe, as well as dishwasher, microwave and oven-safe. Ceramic ware must, though, be treated with care! Be careful not to expose it to extreme temperature changes, this can cause cracking and weakening to the stoneware. For instance, be careful to first run hot tap water through a teapot before
pouring boiling water into it.. Do not place ceramic ware in a hot oven, it should first be placed in oven BEFORE turning it on. Do not thaw frozen food on ceramic ware in the microwave or oven.
